Location: Okanagan College Campus Gym (Indoors and Outside)
Participants: All adults looking for an inspiring fitness community.

Tuesdays: 4:00-5:00pm
Thursdays: 4:00 -5:00pm (*Community Centre Gym)
Sundays: 9:00-10:00am or 10:30-11:30am
*Our session times are designed to align with the Lake City Basketball Fall League and Academy programs, so parents can "fit" in fitness while children are on the court!
What to Expect:
Our Bootcamp is tailored for participants of all fitness levels. You'll embark on a thrilling 60-minute journey of bodyweight strength circuits and heart-pumping cardio conditioning exercises. Get ready to sweat, build muscle and endurance.... all while having fun!
