March Madness Bracket Fundraiser

-$20 entry fee
-multiple entries allowed per family (10 max)
-please note that lake city basketball can not present the winnings to a minor. Therefore winnings will be presented to a parent.
-Winner takes half. Half the proceeds go to a Lake City Scholarship Fund to support athletes in need of financial support.
-in the event of a tie, winners split the winnings, and half proceeds go to Lake City as per above.
-name on the draw needs to match name on the credit card
-if you are doing multiple draws put the name as on the credit card followed by 1, 2, 3 etc.
-alternative payment method - etransfer [email protected]
-if payment has not been received, draws will not be eligible for winnings
- Draws and payments must be received before March 16th at 12am
-Please ensure that you ONLY create brackets for the amount paid. ($20 = 1 bracket, $40 = 2 brackets, $60 = 3 brackets etc.)
